make scroll bar design same as with site theme

i have seen some sites make the scroll bar use the same theme as the whole site
i use opera gx with fully customized to dark theme and i use site in "abyss" theme
the scroll just sticks out like a sore thumb(especially in full screen mode)

so something like hiding the scroll bar(or shrinking like in mobile devices) also work

if the user can do this manually tell me how?
