Make the window/tab title more descriptive than "Forums"/"Forum"/"Thread" :implemented:

Not really much to say, maybe put the title of the forum or thread in the window title. Makes it easier to navigate with multiple tabs open.

This seems like a sensible idea but it's very low priority. I'll add it to the megathread and see what Holo says about it.

I think a lot of users, including myself could benefit from this.
