Manga with a unattractive male MC

Looking for a manga with a truly unattractive male lead. So not a tall athletic guy with a fierce face as in Angel Densetsu, or a big burly guy as in Ore Monogatari. Their raw size would at least get their feet in the door when it comes to the opposite sex, and then into the room when it comes to their nice personalities. Average-sized or short guys only please.

An extreme example of what I'm looking for is the male MC in Ressentiment. Would also prefer something psychological, but not averse to something light-hearted. Also nothing too unrealistic like say a harem (pfft!).

Nana to Kaoru
