Manga about some guy who is apparently an automaton, (and his creator is in love with him or vice versa I think) and vampires also exist ( near the beginning one of the vampire girls asks him out because of the typical cliche harem plot. I know it's kind of vague, but if you know the manga you know what I'm talking about.
