Mangaplus chapters only has the latest three chapters. I would appreciate if older chapters weren't hidden. I also don't have access to official US website.

The free availability you have to ask MangaPlus, if they don't public those chapters then there is no other way. MD has nothing to do with them other than redirecting you to the chapters (which will be taken down after some time on MP) and creating a place for discussion.

If they upload the unavailable older chapters, that will go against their rules and policy, that is forbidding hosting official translations.
