I don't remember the plot very well anymore to explain it, but I have screenshots here luckily since I always make them on impulse lol, judging from the style I'm guessing it's a manhwa, but other than that I'm lost:

I found it after all, it's "Make me bark"... it seems like I have a bigger yaoi history then I expected to have, how embarrassing yikes
