Wonder if Ike is gonna follow through and marry Julia since Octave made it a condition as part of the commerce treaty. First of all she knows her daughter is in love with the Mc after he saved her and that by marrying him she would be safe. Octave realizes that Ike is gonna climb the ranks in the demon army and having her daughter marry the MC would guarantee the Zenobia alliances safety. If the marriage does go through it'll also be easier for octave to negotiate military, commerce and political treaties with the demon army as she will have a connection {mother-in-law to a future high-ranking executive}. I'm sure she's also intrigued with Ike's plan to create a world where humans and demons can live in harmony and is taking a gamble on his goal.
