Dammit dwarves and elves are not interchangable. I'm still reading thus far, but this series finds a way to annoy me each chapter so far.

@firosahoge
The MC basically just wanted a friend when creating the first one. I'd say in that sense she isn't a failure. The second one, however, he created having a specific task in mind.

MC is a never nude confirmed. He slept in bed fully clothed with even a necktie and pants with a belt

@truepurple - basically, the manga glossed over the explanations. Demon lords need medals when they're making cool "boss" monsters. They can make lesser monsters like skeletons without such restrictions.

@flannan Thanks. I read the novel a bit and saying the comic glossed over it is a understatement. With both some translation issues make things harder but the details are so much more in the novel that I've slowly gotten to understand most of this.

One question I have from the novel, does having a imitation medal once allow you to buy imitation medals of the same type in the future? or just having an original medal once allows you to buy immitations latter? Or said another more simplistic way, why do they trade imitation medals rather than just buy the ones they need?

@truepurple - I read the novel long ago, and don't remember all the details. I think demon lords can only make medals of their "element", both "real" and "fake" ones. Real medals are valuable (they only get one per month), so most trade is done with fake medals. Fake medals are still quite useful stuff, because you can still make interesting and potentially useful monsters with them, so they are worth trading for.

@flannan
TY for your reply and attempt to help. But I don't think that's quite right. The MC's type (AKA "element") is the creation medal. He was specifically told to keep his medal type a secret and thus couldn't use it for trading. Instead he traded other types of imitation medals that wasn't his type for other imitation medals.

How I think it might work is, if you ever use a original medal you can always buy a imitation medal that medal which will be a couple or three levels lower? When he uses his creation medal he chooses a type and that type is what he can buy from the store instead of the creation medal. So if he uses creation medal as person then from then on he can buy person imitation medals. Along with the restriction that he can choose any particular type for his creation medal only once.

Dwarves with shotguns... maybe this can be redeemed after all...

They’d do well in trenches and tunnels
