Mark all chapters read?

Is there a way to mark all chapters of a series read, after you follow it? Often, I'll start reading something without clicking "Follow", reaching the latest chapter, and then decide to "Follow" it.
Unfortunately tho, I don't see any obvious way to mark that I've read all previous chapters. The "Completed" option seems to be for series that have ended, so I assume it's not very good for keeping track of on-going series. The only option I seem to have is going back and opening each individual chapter—which is really not practical.

So is there a way I'm not seeing, or should I just suggest it myself?

Can't yet, it's already been suggested many times before, just need to wait for it to be implemented
