Medaka's sanity seems to be slipping. It's never a good sign when someone starts talking about themselves in the 3rd person.

Medaka never seems human to me in the first place. She is the Mary Sue and with the ability of a Mary Sue, it's hard to believe she has a human personality in the first place.
Misogi is similar but the thing is he choose to embrace that personality which results in him being hated and afraid by the rest of the population. While Medaka tries to hide it and pretend to be a human but thing is she is so much better than a normal human to the point that it's arbitrary to think that she actually sees humans as equal.
While Misogi played out his personality, Medaka pretended and hid.
Which led to the problem back in many arcs ago when she was brainwashed and reminded about her past. She doesn't see the point of trying to live with these inferior creatures called humans. Only when she met Zenkichi and he gave her a purpose that she bent her will to follow Zenkichi's expectation.
It's pretty funny to see just how similar Medaka and Misogi are. Both are the best of their respective group, Abnormal and Minus, yet Zenkichi can play a vital role in their life should he met them and befriend them.
