Ah I wonder about that too yes, though they also did make multiple Doujinshi of which only 2 I know of, one which got close to winning a prize, and another which did win a prize in Comitia.
Though both of them are also untranslated, like half of this manga mhm.
I guess I should get to translating those as well if I ever have the time.
