@twinklecake dunno about the fire, but as for the death, probably because the 1st batch of pro players at the time(warcraft) excel at playing with the undead race.
The MC kinda pisses me off. Shouldn't he trust his teammates by now? They may be a bit naive but they seem quite loyal seeing as they decided to follow him. I don't understand why he needs to hide his true abilities to that extent unless they are just pawns to him in the end.
If you are goind to tell me its "Special fire" then don't make it look like a normal candlestick flame, at least have it colored in a way that represents it as abnormaly powerfull.
I dont see why they didnt just do the start like the novel where he asks for all these priveledges and the angel is gawking all over. Doing it flashback style a lot of context is lost and it doesnt look as impressive, it just makes it feel like convenient thing added later on.
@ildaggerll technically, the purest fire would be colorless, while orange flames are due to soot, any light a fire gives off is inefficiency. Though if it can burn everything including light, it would be black. But if you want to keep it within the realms of actual fire then closest to purple is more pure(a step above blue), hydrogen fire is probably the purest known fire as it burns in the ultraviolet spectrum which is a step above purple.
I'm starting to think the MC might be a sociopath. He puts his comrades in danger constantly just so he can keep his powers a secret. Shouldn't he trust them by this point?
@eng1 In the novel all those privileges and angel reaction were on the first chapter. That say, all that info dump in a comic would just kill it, but I agree the delivery is good either way.
@Darkyan97 The author obsessed too much about keeping MC abilities hidden . Even when that is questioned by another character, the conclusion doesn't feel really good. Is better to prevent an event that can expose the MC using wits than "waiting for the right time" like this and then trying to fumble your way into an explanation of what happened.
