Personally I would not take part in the event, just getting a recruit who just starting learning and dropping them in the proverbial deep end isn't what I would call a good idea. He can pilot the ship by himself so she's basically be doing nothing too important. Dude is a top class pilot and fighter both in this world and the videogame so he's in no trouble while using this super ship he has. Plus this is a major operation involving the army and mercenaries. Dude isn't going to be fighting himself.

I really like it when sex is implied in a story, and not explicit. If I wanted porn, I'd go to... another website, and not here. This distracts from the story that I actually came to read, so.

Not saying I don't like eye candy, but I don't want to be hit in the face with someone fucking when I can find it just about anywhere else on the bloody internet. Give me more plot, god damn it!

On a side note, I agree with what @Rickymex is saying. If that was me, I'd put on full-display what he can do during this subjugation as an example she can watch and learn from (since it's basically a situation where they are of one body, in the sense that he doesn't have to protect a completely separate entity since they're on the same ship), use it as something she can aim for, and let her learn from there.

@Reonen I disagree. I'm not really distracted by it and the act itself can reveal various things about the characters. e.g. how awkward the encounter is, how experienced they are, overall compatibility, personality quirks in that context, etc. It doesn't have to be a dedicated chapter, but I personally feel like leaving it all to implication is the equivalent to setting up a boss fight and cutting in to the boss dead on the ground in the beginning of next chapter.

P.S. I don't need it to be erotic either. Despite the common misconception you can make a perfectly grounded scene of a sexual encounter. Boobs alone won't really get me excited anymore, But I guess that varies from person to person. Just like how some people really don't like seeing too much blood in an action manga despite it being full of fights.
