I'm 99.999% sure her name is meant to be read as Tatae-san.
While it's true that the kanji (依) in her name (多田依) can be read as 'yori', it's read as 'e' in this case.

On a more serious note, the premise of this manga is centred around work ethic and a stigma of punishment over praise, so in a way this is social commentary, or it's the delusional daydreams of a schizophrenic ol... I'll let you be the judge of that
