I don't think the person is Nina. The last time we saw her face was when she was going to search for Tenma. Plus, she has Dieter

Grimmer is fucking insane. He's now my favourite character. Plus I'm sure he's from the Kinderheim.

Agree with @Cosmak that Grimmers probably from the kinderheim. Makes sense why he knows so much about the results of it's "education," why he's searching for more info about it, and why he's seemingly not affiliated with Johan despite the first two points.
