According to Second, she is a Muscle Monk, meaning she has an affinity for minor healing. Second cuts off his hand and made her use a wand which enhances her recovery skill. Turns out she has a large mana pool but low INT. Second recruits her and she becomes a tank.

@solipsist yeah, I agree, it is quite often that note is misread as part of the story, and this time it fit humorously well with the prior sentence. They really should look at differing it more somehow, maybe move it onto a credits page? Somehow I always selectively unsee credits pages (only exception are the somewhat stupid ones that have panels from same manga in them, fooling me that characters said stuff they never said in raws), even when they have notes I want to see. So it would probably work.
