Unfortunately, there is:

2.1 Scans of official releases or webcomics from official sources, such as original releases (raws) or officially translated releases, are not allowed to be uploaded.

Though you could probably upload it in mega and leave the link somewhere, in case someone wants to translate it.

Edit: NVM, I just re-read your comment and realized you're asking about posting links to the raws. I'm not sure either.
