Yes, I too, love slicing and dicing.. ingredients, that is.

But well, yes, there's just something so nice about slicing and putting it all in on the pan when cooking :>
 
And here I do some kind of combination of the 2nd and 3rd grip styles...mostly like the third, but my index and middle finger are both on the side of the blade.
