My Manga History?

I just logged in today and saw some mangas I didn't read in my history tab, did someone used my account on mistake (yes, this did happened to other people) or hack it?

@KatoShuu DDOSGuard's cache gets a bit funky whenever we have to restart the webserver, and people occasionally get served the wrong cached homepage. It's only happened to that page, and the only information you can see is history. You're not actually logged into a different account.
