So literally anyone who wanted to could enter the gates (sliding door?) of He|| itself just by guessing a 4-digit pass code...seems legit.
I keep guessing completely wrong each time, gonna try a new way of predicting, I’m not going with my gut feeling or using logic this time so: A since it seems to be the 3rd most likely possibility currently.

traditionaly mortal world and underworld are divided by a body of water
since they are indoors it should be a pool but this is god territory so beats me
could be a seperate dimension with the actual river, sea, pond or what ever
as for how to "cross" over to the underworld beats me sources wildly vary from the ferry men to diving to swimming everything is possible...
