In the same panel, I also noticed that Konbu Wakame forgot to draw his suspenders even though he's wearing them in the very next panel.

EDIT: From the amount of sweat, my best guess would be that he was doing exercises though it seems a bit weird for him to do it in his regular semi-formal business-like outfit unless Wakame is implying that that's all he ever wears.
