I don't like to offend people with stories they worked really hard on but I have to say this is bullshit and the plot is so confusing like do people really think like this we need more context on how the mom is like I have to agree with @Aimie people cant really still fall in love with their rapist or an abusive relationship unless your Belle from beauty and the beast

all the manhua I ever read never had the protagonist fall in love with their abuser, it all had a developed relationship and I still may be too "young" to know what good writing is. This relationship is not at all a developed relationship, it's more forced than anything
