Really he should leave her for her sake. Holding on to and depending on another person this much after they’ve died is pretty unhealthy. Of course there’s going to be a mourning period, but ideally we should be able to move on and enjoy life without that person in it. She’s very unstable (which I guess she always was) and the mc so easily succumbing doesn’t help that.
