Mysteries, Maidens, and Mysterious Disappearances - Vol. 2 Ch. 11 - The Chinrinki Ogre Part 5

No idea how realistic that was, but was that teacher seriously blaming her for her classmates being little shits? Really, she's the troublemaker here? What is this shit?

Those kids, their parents and that teacher are all fucking assholes. They can go fuck themselves

I hate bullying so much that I've chosen to give children a heavy dose of trauma... Also literally light someone on fire????

MORE ONIONS?!? We've been warned about the onions for many chapters now and there ARE MORE?!!?

GOOD GOD MAN, MAKE THEM STOP. SOMEONE STOP JAPAN!

Dude, fuck kids. All my homies hate kids. That backstory is so fucking frustrating. I just want to go there and punch every single one of those little shits in the face, one by one.

People can be so cruel and unempathetic, bullying someone for being poor and not being able to have the same quality stuff as you. Them being kids they don't really understand what she's going through, but that don't mean they should be such assholes. This depiction of bullying is surprisingly accurate, and it oofs you right in the feels too.

Sooo this is getting axed right?

@justforthelulz That may be, but I just expected a reaction that's a little less heavy-handed, like apathy, or showing only the slightest bit of concern just to show that she's doing her job. It's just confounding to me how the teacher straight up jumps to blaming them for what's happening, and even trying to make her student write an apology for absolutely no reason.

No, teacher, I'm saying the problem is that you're an asshole.

And, as a result, your class is full of assholes, so yes, it technically is a problem with how you handle your class, but first and foremost it's a problem with you.

"She looks poorer than the other kids, so they pick on her. That means it's her fault." What sort of bullshit brain came up with that conclusion? I suggest you turn it in for a refund.

@moneng85
I'm pretty sure its not meant to justify her actions but rather just to give context to her actions and why her mindset is the way it is. Her backstory is meant to paint her actions in a more sympathetic light yes but its not meant to absolve her of responsibility for her actions.
At least that's how I'm seeing it.
