Sorry, image quality's a little wonky on this one. That's just how the source files are. On pixiv, the 4th page is extremely tiny for some reason, so I pulled it from twitter or something for this TL (it's been a while, I can't quite remember).

Fun fact: semimaru was considering giving this one a dark ending or twist, but decided against it. The self-harm stuff on the first page is probably a vestige of that.
