Okay that was pretty dumb. She did not just tell him “wait it could be a trap” and then read it out loud? Who even reads a sign out loud. I read it in my head or for a sign like that with so few words I (and most normal people) who take it in just by glancing at it; you can get the gist of what it was saying without read it word for word. And it didn’t look like it was in another or ancient language she had to decipher word for word slowly. I have to say, I’m kinda rooting for the bad guys right now
