Literal translation:

1/3 of Itamitore~ru・kindness (ingredient)・is composed of
Full translation:
Pain~Away~ is made of 1/3 kindness.

The implication seems to be that the painkiller is at least partially a bullshit placebo.

That explains why it didn't make much sense to me, I was looking at it with the assumption it was at least some dodgy herbal thing not a completely stupid placebo, suppose I should probably be expecting that kind of shit from a manga like this. Ah, looking just went back to look at it and it was my fuck up, got the wrong kanji for the first half of ingredient when I was doing the translation. Thanks for the help, I'll go back in and edit that when I'm next at my PC.

You have to admit, she was pretty bang on about the taking over society and making everyone like it thing. With our heroine being exhibit A.
Still, this could be quite the match-up--they're both nutty as fruitcakes. On the other hand, I think she's a latent cat freak too. She's in denial, but you can see her cat-hate sort of oozing over into cat lust.
