New inbox message notification not received

Hello, nine days ago someone wrote me a message but I never received the notification e-mail.
I checked the spam and trash folders too but there's no trace of the message.
Are the notifications working properly?

Just doublechecking, but you don't mean your actual e-mail, right?
MangaDex doesn't send Message Notifications to your actual e-mail.

To be clear:

For the bottom five messages I got a notification e-mail, for the upper one I didn't (obviously when things go south).

Or am I going mad?
