I don't know if anyone ever bring this up. The manga in your list when you mark it complete. It won't get to your follow page or the follow part in home page.
When the manga complete, there nothing wrong with it. But sometime, the manga get extra chapter. And now the follower may miss the chapter without knowing. This is what happen with the new relife extra chapter just now
