No Longer a Heroine! - Ch. 19 - The Full Account of Druggielisa's Return (1)

Well shit, she's being evicted. Next up: Cheon Lisa is homeless haha...
TY for the chapter.

lol she didnt even own the house? What did she do with her acting money, if he was such a popular actress for so long she should be rich
thank you for the upate

@JWChibi there's a huge difference between saving enough money to buy groceries for the rest of your life and having to pay rent for the rest of your life. Also she was a child actress for the most part so who knows what her bitch of a mother did with her money.

Oof, I guess she doesn't own an actual place to live then. Her mom's pretty sht for probably renting that house out with a gamble that she'll be a successful child actress and wanted to give her a house for as long as legally necessary of her but then never buying her an actual house when she did. The least she could do was tell Lisa that they didn't own the house.

Bros, I really don’t want Lisa to end up with the dude. I get she hurt him first, but he has degraded way too far for any mending of the relationship. Also, I just don’t care for him. Plus, it’d make for a nicer story if she fixes up her life without ever needing a guy to swoop in and save her, turning her to a fockin damsel in distress. Bc I know the writer will make that happen if the dude gets involved like that in her life again, ugh.

You know what, I’m fine with a girl swooping in to save her. But not a guy. I’m sick of that trope goddamn

To be honest, I'm pretty sure she has enough money to live a decent life without ever having to work, but she might not have enough money to pay for that house, assuming the owner even wants to sell it. Korean traditional houses, I assume, must be worth more than the nominal value of the real estate, and there might be personal attachments to them on the part of their owners.

My guess is that Lisa might be so attached to her house (a part of her mother's curse on her) that she will go back to acting (based on the title of this chapter) not necessarily because she needs the money, but because she wants to remain in the place.

It may also be that she doesn't know how to take care of herself given the cossetted life she's lived so far.

As for Oh Dowon… @saenahonce, I get where you're coming from, and it's fine if they don't end together, but if they do, I see it less as his saving her, and more as their saving each other. It's not as if Dowon doesn't need saving. In fact, he may be in a worse situation than she, though my guess is that at first, it will look like he's saving her.

@Kendama Right, that makes sense and I agree with you. But my main issue with him is that I’m just not interested in him. I get that he’s a main role in the story, but atm, meh I couldn’t care less for him.

Thank you for your hard work.
@saenahonce I agree with you I kind of don’t want them to end with each other because I don’t to her to fix him when she clearly have depression and should try having treatment.

@saenahonce I totally feel the same as you. I get why he wanted to be on the same level as her but bruh not like this. That’s the easy way out and Lisa’s career was not that at all. She became what she was thanks to talent not sponsors. In my eyes he’s so weak, I’m not even interested in his character development (if he would even have one)

fucking mom didnt even buy a damn house with the bank her child made...... the hell did she do with the money... f for cheon lisa i hope nothing wrong happens to her in the future... (.... T_T probably will but..l. will just hope for her)

@Kendama Yooo I'm just rereading this and I see your comment on most chapters. From How to Fight/Planetary Human to this manhwa, I must say you have good taste 😁
