Norwegian language added please :implemented:

There is Danish and Swedish in profile language and manga upload option but no Norwegian. I and a friend have a plan to do a norsk scanlation but there is not Norwegian option.

There is no extra font require as Comic sans and Ubuntu font support letter Æ, Ø, Å.

edit : I just notice blank flag and everything from norwegian down to vietnamese is misplace in the option.
