not able to follow...

Not able to "bookmark"/follow. I have tryed several times but nothing happens, the button displays as having been selected and then nothing, i check on my "follows" and nothings listed. I am mostly reading on my phone so not sure if its a problem with being on this site on my phones browser or what.
