Novel translations allowed?

Hello!

I was wondering, is it allowed to upload webnovel translations (unlicensed, probly never gonna get a license).
I would put it into webtoon format as jpeg and upload it like a chapter?

Could publish it somewhere else, I know, but there are also some pictures in it and it would be easier to have the main story (webtoon) and the side story (novel) on one platform :)

Heh, what is better and what is not? Is this a contest?
I simply posted a novel that was already on MD before, and an actual long novel.

Both examples are fine and showcase prior precedents. Having more examples only helps.
I do wonder, however, whether or not that Saint Seiya novel got lucky and evaded the mods.
