There is an anime of this series - very Sailor Moony, and not as amusing to watch as, say Akazukin Cha-Cha (yes, ignoring the fact of how Cha-Cha literally Sailor Mooned the first arc) or Hime-chan's Ribbon (even though that anime ignores the character development that the antagonist naturally develops in the manga only) imo.
