I disagree that PPP lost that fight. Raiden wasn't even able to knock him down. And by wearing a battle suit, he somewhat admits PPP's superior fighting spirit.

Yes and yes. Also Raiden wasn't able to knock down PPP with his (presumably) best attack. It's quite a setback for a sumo who has spent his life overpowering opponents.
