@Vogel100 It took two tries, but Kodomo no Jikam eventually got an English release. (Only digital at the moment, apparently financial issues are causing problems for the print release.) The first try by Seven Seas made it all the way to printing the first volume, then outrage built up enough that the publisher backed out at the last minute. (That had to have been a very costly decision.) For the time Kodomo no Jikan pushed boundaries just as hard as this manga does.

@manabi I don't think Kodomo no Jikan is a hopeful example to follow. It took forever for an English release to get a kickstarter and then it took forever for the kickstarter to be fulfilled, and it still doesn't have physical copies like promised. I was planning to wait for those at first but I ended up buying the digital copies anyway because I have no faith in that company and if there are ever going to be physical copies it may take another few years. They also seem to have no interest in that kind of story anymore, and ended up putting it on a hentai site despite it not being hentai at all. Hopefully me buying KnJ and never buying anything else from them will send a signal but probably not.
This story is also different from KnJ in that KnJ is more looking at the serious psychological side of things combined with comedy while this one seems to mostly choose to ignore the serious side completely. Don't know what that means for the chances of it being released in English though. Could either make it more likely because it doesn't have as many serious topics that may make publishers uncomfortable, or less likely because it's more shameless in pandering to lolicons without the excuse of tackling serious topics that no one else will tackle.

@Vogel100 Well, to be frank, I think it's got a decent chance for a digital release in English eventually, but the chances of a print release are probably pretty slim. Maybe if some publisher goes the Kickstarter route like they did with KnJ, but the way that Kickstarter went the well's been poisoned enough to scare most people off from backing a similar one.
Although, the fact that it's not serious may help it. KnJ touched into things that make very many people uncomfortable enough that they want to pretend they don't exist/happen in reality. Also the fact that this one's woman x loli and not man x loli will help, too. It's not fair but society treats that quite a bit differently.
