It can be pretty confusing when more than one scan group translates a manga since updated chapters of different scan groups will be seen on follows too. There can be times where you're already ahead and there is an update of a prior chapter of a different scan group, it can be confusing especially when your not aware of what chapter you're on since you just continue to read.
Only one scans group appears in follows :rejected:
