Well, to be fair, you should be more concerned with the fact they're two different species so it's more bestiality. You don't quite know how Orcs work in this world and could age really slowly. Plot twist: he's 26,and/or already hit sexual maturity by orc standards or some shit but orcs just look really young for a long time.
