Ordinary Emperor - Vol. 2 Ch. 9

Sshh. Let me tell you a secret. The winning side is always the protagonist's. Switch sides while you still can.

Thanks for the update. Mr. Spy, upon closer inspection, clearly the winning side is already the MCs. Doesn't matter if their opponents are an entire country of Draconians or whatever. Dragons would willingly obey MC. Unless the general has something to nullify the dragons, clearly the winning side is obvious already. Not to mention MC has with her two of the best fighters + 2 battle maniacs

@WhimsiCat he most definitely will. Probably won't happen instantaneously, but I imagine that the report will come as a rather monumental shock to him. 😅😂

🤔 Though, I wonder—how will that transpire? You know, the whole tsun-tsun to dere-dere (overprotective) uncle/grandpa?

For one, I imagine that he'll be extremely surprised that the MC's Mom was loyal and devoted to her husband despite having to leave. 😅😂 That will probably come as a surprise. Likewise, he doesn't seem to know how to handle cultural changes well. Hmm…🤔 How will she convince him?

@TheDragonLord I imagine, when Haru reach Dranias he will invite her & her party to a dinner then take that time to judge her, meanwhile prepared an assasin if he think she isnt have any worth.

I am more curious on how Dranias normal citizen react when they see Haru, because she is basically a divine being in that country.

@TheDragonLord :
Obviously going to happen after some confrontation, because if Analia can be hateful until Haru went Emperor-mode on her, so will he be on guard until Haru prove herself.
(the only exception is that the observer's reports are enough for that and instead of confrontation he kneel on their first meeting and swear allegiance)
Considering only what's shown of him, he'll make some 'logical' excuses to not be openly friendly with her, like say being a strict teacher on how to be a proper Emperor for her or something like that.

If she stumbles he'll shout for her to get up and keep her head high.
But if she get sick/injured you can bet he's gonna be the first one to rush into the scene to take care of her (possibly while grumbling about how could she make the public worries about losing another Emperor)
