Because the authors couldn't come close to replicating the original's style, and weren't able to make fun jokes on their own either. I've no complaints about the scanlation.

@boldmonkey Not necessarily. From the two chapter uploaded, the jokes are pretty much on brand with the respective author's sense of humour. I guess it's because it's only one chapter and it's another person's IP, so they can only do so much.

I wish the other comics would get translated.
Some of them are actually pretty good despite having a different flavor from the original author.

well the arawi keichi one was like a reskinned nichijou and the douman sayman one was par for the course as well... cool stuff.
