And I'm usually the type that dismisses that kind of thinking because it's usually not true. This could not be true either and they are just best friends, but still. Something seems off.

Shirin, Anis and the husband give me more of a polyamorous relationship type vibe.
Anis is visibly enamored with Shirin, and we know she loves her husband. She said herself if it was anyone besides Shirin, she would not want to share him. That says a lot.
With Shirin and the husband, the relationship isn't as clear, but we can tell they're fond of each other.

That's just the vibe I get.
