Page flashing when opening the side panel

Not sure what is happening here, maybe the image size is conflicting with the side panel, too big not to resize and too small to resize, on my 1080p screen, maybe?

I also uploaded a video with it in action. For some reason if you don't watch it in 60fps it looks like it normally should.
