@Varler It is strange how he doesn't use his connections with the masters. However, the boss of their new captain who's behind all of it seems to quite some pull in the association. I feel like calling upon the higher ups would give Noh and his boys a compromise at best, and won't help Noh's goal of taking control of the underworld.
