It's a shoujo manhwa where the mc was a princess of a country. She was captured by the prince of another country during a war but she tricked people into thinking she's just a maid/servant. As a prisoner, she ended up being a servant/maid for the country that captured her and years later she ends up serving the prince who caught her. She gets the attention of this doctor because she cleaned the storage with herbs and stuff well which showed her knowledge of medicine. She's valuable for the country because of her knowledge of herbs/medicine and her knowledge of her home country. I remember she helped healed the horse of the prince with these herbs she collected on a mountain and stuffed into her pants. Thanks in advance for any help!
