Can anyone tell me the manga name if you know this synopsis. This is an old romance manga. Just needed a sweet romance.

"A boy and a girl living on the same apartment that is divided by a glass/door. The boys mom owns the place and the girl wanted to be free form her strict parents ( i don't actually remember if they were strict or not)

If i remember right, the MC is afraid of girls and by living like this he will eventually get better.
In the whole manga only the girl was attending school.
I forgot the hair colors tho.
Emotion wise it was a sweet with a bit of bitterness as he falls inlove with her and was confused if he should confess
