Also, I think I figured out why strong negative emotions are necessary to lot an AI into making a choice. Analyzing personalities matrices of billions of people takes a long time to find the optimal choice. SO what if we introduce a personality matrix with a single strong emotion and give it greater "weight" in the decision-making process? If it's a positive emotion, then the robot may have no incentive to act, but if it's negative emotion, it can force an initial action.
This personality-driven approach to AI in this manga seems like a mistake given that most of the field of AI deals with taking ridiculously large amounts of data and creating algorithms that can interpret the data in smart, efficient ways. Watch
