@Tersione I mean modern day loanshark can't do much more, their business is illegal and a lot of zero tolerance policies were put in place against them, the cops will throw their ass in jail for like 3 years if they get too loud while banging on your door so they can't go around beating debtors anymore.

The Landlord was legit nice though.
