You know Chibiusa's REALLY bad at this whole secret keeping thing. She promises Hotaru not to tell a soul about her amulet and the conversation, and not even 5 minutes later she's telling 2 random strangers who claim to be friends with her mother about the Amulet she promised not to mention. She then promises these strangers she won't mention she met them, and promptly tells her mom about them when she gets home.
