Just the ability to write a short sentence via clicking an icon in the "Actions" bar and then have it be shown on its search and title page.
There are so many things I've semi dropped but can't remember why and the "Pause" and "Dropped" options aren't really descriptive enough.

Something like this, also the manga that finally got me around to suggest this because I have no idea why I'm so far behind on it, but I feel like there was a reason (just guessing in the image).
