Problem while updating a new chapter

Hi, I'm trying to post a new chapter (ch 4) of Futago Wazurai, but while updating it stops and tells me there was a problem.
I tried several times. I checked and I'm using a zip file smaller than 100 MB, it's about 73 MB.
I already posted several chapters before, but this is the first time I'm having this problem. Can someone help?

Try the same as when reading chapters, change vpn to europe. It makes it load
